1. Acceptance of Terms:
By downloading or using The Perfume Co. Africa (TPCA) back-office (web-based application), the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and updated by TPCA from time to time as per compensation plan.

2. Right of Admission/Membership:
TPCA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the back-office (web-based application) and its membership at any time, for any reason upon valid grounds, with or without notice.  Termination will result to the IBO losing all earning commissions & bonus.

3. Membership Requirements:
Membership with TPCA is subject to approval and acceptance by TPCA.

4. User Conduct and Guidelines:
Any form of harassment, illegal activity, misuse of company content, unethical conduct, or negative behaviour or commentary—including but not limited to posts, messages, or discussions made on social media platforms—that may damage the reputation or credibility of The Perfume Co. Africa (TPCA), will not be tolerated.

Such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the user’s access, profile, and membership within TPCA’s back-office system (web-based application), with or without prior notice.

The Company further reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual whose actions constitute defamation, misrepresentation, or reputational harm to TPCA or its affiliates.

Upon termination, the affected Independent Business Owner (IBO) will forfeit all commissions, bonuses, and salaries earned or pending at the time of termination.

5. Intellectual Property:
All content within the back-office (web-based application) is owned by TPCA and users shall not copy or distribute it without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability:
TPCA will not be liable for any issues, damages, loss arising from the back-office (web-based application) use.

7. Changes to Terms:
TPCA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice as per the compensation plan.

8. Governing Law:
The use of the TPCA back-office (web-based application) and the governing law of this agreement shall be the laws of South Africa.
